Some of the staff needs to learn their own sandwiches. When u ask what normally comes on a sandwich they should be able to tell... you and not reply with "whatever you would like it to be" luckily the regular employee there knows her stuff and always ateps into help Read more
Editing my review from a few months ago as now that people have returned to work this location is just extremely overwhelmed.... This poor employee is the only one working and making sandwiches during the busiest part of the day and as a result service isEXTREMELY slow. Management is doing a terrible job staffing this place to keep up with the demand. There is just no reason itshould take 30-45 minutes in line to get a sandwich and it's all because there's only 1 person working during the lunch rush.That employee is great and she does a wonderful job but one person can only do so much. If management/ownership sees this,please hire some more staff. It's absolutely ridiculous to have only one person working during the lunch hour. Read more
