Growing up Roy Rogers was great I loved it! When they closed all of them in my area years ago I was sad. When I saw the Roy... Rogers at the rest stop I got so happy. Well... got the chicken. It was horrible tasted just like kirkland or banquet frozenfried chicken. This was such a far cry from the chicken I remembered. The chicken was dry and old... the thing is I saw the ladyjust put the chicken out. I brought someone with me because i told them Roy Rogers food is good. Chicken is still good at this place
The quality is going down quickly at Roy Rogers. It was the first time I did not enjoy a burger bc the burger doesn't have a... beef taste anymore. Now it has that cheap processed flavor and texture. Horrible food old and nasty . The manager told me they can?t make me what I wanted that I have to eat what?s made... pretty... disappointed when they are the only restaurant open when I went.. the bread was hard as if it was re heated from early morning.I went back to complain and he told me no refunds since I took a bite already. A lady came in while I was complaining and shefound a long curly hair inside her food!! And they said they need to see the hair to believe it! Worst customer service!
