This place will mess up your order no matter how many times you confirm. After confirming my order a week in advance, paying in... advance by going into the shop, calling to confirm the day before pick up, they still manage to not get it right. How do youmess up? I ordered a large cake for 40 people the cake itself was stale the buttercream icing was very thin and weird tasting and it... looked like it was decorated by a three-year-old child. I know the photos from this pastry shop look great and fancy but I willsurely guarantee you they are misleading. I have been a chef for over 25 years and I?ve had a lot of good cakes and know whatthey look like and what they should taste like and this certainly was not one of them. I?m sure this is a place you could popinto and pick up some pastries but I certainly would not trust them again making me a cake for a very important event. I thoughtbecause it was so overpriced it was going to be a fantastic cake but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. You have beenwarned! Read more
You did a fantastic job interpreting my ramblings into a physical work of art. Your Canoli cake is always a guaranteed hit. My... only critique, I wish the strawberry cakes had more cream and Strawberries. They were really just a lot of cake. The fact thatit was fresh Strawberries and the cream was delicious made it great to eat. You just ended up leaving a lot of cake on the platebecause it was just cake. I still had a 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to recommend your bakery to anyone and Icertainly know where I will be going again. I'll just make sure to ask for the strawberry cake to be 3 layers instead of 2 formore cream.
