Ordered online for delivery. Ordered one of their taco salads which states it comes in a deep fried taco shell, with beans ?... does not state anything about onions being in it, and comes with cilantro. I made a specialty note to have no cilantro and therewas cilantro all over it, there were also onions covering the whole salad which I do not like and were chopped so small it washard to get around them. The salad did not have any beans in it, which it was supposed to have, and Did not come in any tacoshell nor did one come on the side. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, and I didn?t even get to eat any dinnerbecause of the onions and cilantro that were on it covering literally every bite no matter how much I tried to pick out. And theprice of the salad was absolutely ridiculous given it was literally shredded lettuce onions and cilantro with a litttke bit ofchicken on top, not including half of the stated ingredients and not following the customers request of not including one of theingredients. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor of the food we ordered. I worry that with the rising food rates - the +$1... per listed item, topped off by a 3.5% up charge for anything other than cash- they will price themselves out of the market. What a beautiful place they have! The decorations and food is authentic. Everything is seasoned so well. We got the chicken... fajitas, super tender and fresh and the carne asada was tender served with a large portion of rice and refried beans or blackbeans. We also got tortilla soup which was flavorful. You have to get the lime-aid drink! You will not be disappointed. I tellyou everything there is made with love! Here is a worthwhile, authentic Mexican restaurant, independently owned and operated. One thing Hamilton can use more of are... independent restaurants with tasty food, and My Quate is worth the trip. I was pleased to find they had their own, madein-store Hibiscus drink but when I saw they also made their own Guanabana shake I had to try that as well. Neither disappointedand we're exactly as I've tasted outside the US. Those were just the drinks. From the complimentary nacho chips and salsa dip,to the burrito and quesadilla plates we ordered, and even the side compliment of sauced, the focus was really on freshingredients made to order. This didn't arrive bulk frozen on a Semi. The interior is bright and cheerfully decorated withoutbeing campy or cartoonish. It's a fast food vibe but comfortable and the staff are equally friendly and inviting. This is not afranchise factory, so they seemed happy to be working there and had the personal touch when folks are vested in yoursatisfaction.
