The setting is just fine, but some employees are quite rude.
If I could give 1 star I would. Terrible. I?ve worked in food and retail and you never do closing activities until after closing... times. Supposedly closed at 12am, arrived at 11:15pm and workers let up sit out for 15 min before telling us they?re ?closed? Read more

The door was supposed to close at 11 but was closed at 10. So went to drive thru. We had to wait 25 minutes to get fries and ice... cream. They are not even using the tech they have. The lazy staff wouldn't use the drive thru ordering kiosk and kept askingpeople to pull up to window to order food. At least ten cars left from behind us because the wait times were too long. Nasty Customer Service. A work that works there by the name of India on shift was rude and disrespectful even when the Manager... James Burns. Try to calm her down. She was very disrespectful to the customers. She yelled and screams and won?t stop beingdisrespectful. She told customer that he should have cook at home. She didn?t care and never apologized to the customer. Thisplace needs a whole new staff. Very Dirty behind the work area and staff move too slow and has bad attitudes. Can't go wrong with the crispy chicken sandwich. I forgot to order any kind of sauce so it was just the chicken, pickle and bun.... Fortunately, the chicken was so juicy no sauce was needed. Read more
