I must say that I did not have a good experience for my catered order from this place for Thanksgiving. A week prior, I... ordered a meal for the holiday, paid a significant amount , only to find out that the entire pan of macaroni and cheese wasburnt to a crisp after I brought it home. At the time of placing the order, I received attitude from the owner because Iinitially felt the quote she gave me for the order was too high. In any event, I wound up ordering and paid for it. Afterdiscovering the food was burned, I immediately contacted the owner to tell her what transpired, and she insisted that herbusiness does not burn any food, and asked me to send pictures. In addition she mentioned about possibly ordering a new pan.Mind you, I lived a significant distance from the restaurant and this never should have occurred in the first place.. I textedher the pics and received no response from the owner. Needless to say, this was absolutely disappointing because I had severalguests that included my husbands family coming over for the holiday. In addition to that, I ended up having to go to the storelast minute to purchase additional items to compensate for the burned food. More importantly, I spent a significant amount forthis catered order so that was a huge loss. In closing, this was a lesson learned.
