What is the malfunction? I ordered a bagel and two pieces of avocado toast. I was back in about 10 minutes. Of course my order... was barely started even though there was absolutely no line at all, and ?when I got it, the ?toast?was just plain bread?! Iasked him if he could toast them he tried to agrue with me?? that they were toasted?? even though I was clearly squishing theice cold bread in my hand?! He proceeded to make me two more. What a waste. When he was finished I told him I would just keepthe old ones because it would just be wasteful to throw them away, he refused to let me keep them! Customer service is what will subconsciously make you drive by other dunkin' donuts establishments to receive an experience that... is as warming to the heart and soul as the cup of coffee you've intended. I'd avoid this place unless you have money to literally throw away! My son's bacon, egg and cheese croissant was burnt, my... bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough was hardly toasted, his Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was too sweet to drink ("toosugary" came from a 10 year old's mouth), the hashbrowns were dried out and overcooked and my coffee was absolutely disgustingand undrinkable.
