Regarding the review left by Dr Bhavin Anadkat, that is a complete lie. First of all, you came in with an empty bag that had the... bacon omelet bites, while you said you just "took one bite and realized it had bacon on it" so you wanted a refund. We requireto have the item back if you want such refund. We do not give it to other customers. It's common sense! Second of all, you werevery argumentative and used inappropriate language towards us, causing a scene for other customers, also threw away someoneelse's bag that was on the counter that had nothing to do with your order. Can I give a half star? Just a horrible experience. I asked the food without any meat including chicken(more than 10 times I... spoke) but they gave me a food with meat which is against my religion. So I decided to throw it in the garbage right away andasked for my refund. Despite of giving me the refunds, there were two ladies who asked me why I threw that in the garbage. Isaid just because I ate it so you cannot give it to other customers but it seemed like she wanted to give it to other customers.There was one guy and a girl who were kind to me, so I?m giving 1 star, otherwise I had no intention to rate even half a starafter what happened to me. I ordered a French Cruller, a Boston Cream and a large blood orange refresher. This was for someone else. A few days prior I... ordered the same things. Besides the female attendant flubbing around on the speaker and repeatedly asking my order, I get tothe window and see her sniffing and snuffling then wiping her nose with her right hand. She then uses her right hand to put thedonuts in the bag with a tissue but no glove and use the register. I question the price and ask for a receipt to show the endrecipient why there?s a price difference if over 70 cents. Same fumbling attendant cannot give me a receipt but says ?FrenchCruller is $2.09 and Boston Cream is $1.30 (???).?. I open the bag, no FRENCH CRULLER but Apple Fritter. Did not reallymatter, I threw the order away because of the way the attendant deslt with her snotty nose and went elsewhere. Read more

If i can give them-5 i will give them 0 customer support and i simply asked for kids hot chocolate and they said they don?t have... so i simply asked for half milk and half hot chocolate so it will be not that hot and my kids got her first sip and burned herthroat and tong they are so cheap and i clearly said half and half because its for a kid and they had the guts to argue and sayits not hot !!! At this location, you are not allowed to get a refund or an exchange. My coolatta was not very tasty and I asked if I can switch... it for another flavor and I was told I would have to pay for a new one. The reason why because the Ingredients to make thecoolatta cost a lot so they will have to charge me full price again. Crazy! The sandwich I ordered Was supposed to be on acroissant and when got to the window to get my food, they didn?t have any more croissants so they asked if I wanted a differentbread. I asked the guys if I didn?t want the sandwich at all would you have given me a refund and the guy said no. In otherwords I had to get another sandwich or lose my money. Great service, guy in drive thru very nice and respectful. I asked for whipped cream and caramel at the speaker but when I came... up to window it wasn't in the drink but the guy in the window quickly fixed it for us. Please turn up volume on your headsets orsomething. But otherwise definitely recommend ???????? Read more
