One of the worst BK I've ever been to. The quality of their food is horrible. My family and I had the whopper, whopper Jr,... chi'king sandwich and chicken fries, everything was dry. Their drive through was slow and seems like the attendant has a hardtime hearing my order. Burger King always have good service except this one in Quakerbridge Road in Mercerville NJ with this sad and angry manager, she... had a very bad service, I asked her for a water cup and she said don?t have it, you have to buy it?s not free, I never have aproblem with Burger King before, but this girl definitely having a bad attitude. I feel like no one at this establishment reads the mobile orders when they come in. The only thing correct on the order were the... fries. I ordered three burgers, and customized all three of them. NONE of them were correct. Two of them had mayonnaise on them,which I specifically customized without mayo. And, there was only supposed to be pickles on one of the burgers. But guess what?ALL THREE had pickles. I?d mention more, but then I would have to go over every ingredient because of how bad each burgerwas. Can someone please explain to me what the point of ordering through the app is? If the specifics of the order arecompletely ignored, just for someone to make whatever happens to fit their mood in the moment, then there?s no point in eatingat Burger King. This is one of the WORST establishments I have ever been to. Fast food does not apply to this location. You will wait a while... just to order and then wait yet again for your food to be ready. I understand sometimes they are busy, and that's acceptable.EVERY single time it's the same story, busy or not. Now that I got that out of the way, I'll continue on how poor this serviceis. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, specifically asking that it not be the "Ch'King" sandwich. It is the worst chickensandwich ever created and burger King should be ashamed of themselves for even selling this. Once I got home, I noticed thatboth sandwiches were the "Ch'King" sandwiches. Mistakes happen, I get it. I drove back, and went inside the restaurant. When Itold the lady behind the counter that I specifically asked not to get these sandwiches, she proceeded to tell me that's all theyhave. Funny, considering that's NOT the only chicken they have. She then got someone else involved, and was saying that I had anattitude. The supervisor then politely explained to me they no longer have the spicy chicken sandwich and only the regularchicken sandwich is available. Burger King, you have let me down one too many times. Try updating your website? I will neverspend another dollar here. I would also highly recommend training your employees not to be so rude. Read more
I haven't been to Burger King in years and decided to stop for breakfast. Now I remember why. Barely any meat on the bacon... croissant sandwich. Very disappointing. Read more
