It is 6 pm on Oct 22 after that man at White House said ?Covid is over?. Why is the lobby closed today? The sign gives us... mixed messages. I was able to figure out. They purposely locked the door so their floor could be dried after it was mopped. Itwould be nice if they as least put a sign up ?wet floor? rather than losing their customers who want to buy their food. Read more
Short staffed so there was a wait. Employees got screamed and cussed at by an impatient customer which was totally uncalled for... but they handled it professionally. Very friendly employees working as hard as they can. Read more
Absolutely the most genuine and honest McDonald's employees I've ever met. Whoever manages this crew ????????. I normally don't go to fast food restaurants. Nor do I really eat breakfast, but I had a route I was doing early in the morning... and I was hungry, let alone getting sleepy. So I pulled in and ordered a caramel frappe, and 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins.Now idk if it was just cause I was hungry.. but that was the best McMuffin I ever had. It was freshly made and the sausage wassuperb. The Frappe is JUST what I needed. But I did NOT expect it to taste that DARN good! I'm only upset that I didn't ordermore! Read more
I decided to go inside after seeing the drive thru 20 cars deep. As I step in I see oily hand prints all over the entrance... doors, while nearly slipping at the same time. Wrappers, loose fries, greasy counter, food on the floor of the kitchen area,unkempt looking workers, dirty tables and chairs, the soda fountain area a total mess. Very unappetizing. One employee needs tobe making the rounds and clean the dining areas, glass and bathrooms consistently. Read more
Worse McDonald's ever always been. Know for spitting employee and horrible service. Why hasn't anything changed? These days they... open at 9:12a, 8:46a or whenever else they want and close way before close times. The only time I can have McDonald's is afterwork but NEVER EVER have I had a breakfast here. I work a real job and I show up at same time daily. This ace don't honordiddly. Woodhaven (West rd) location has my respect. They open on the dot. Read more
I try not to be over critical and rarely complain but this is long overdue. I work nearby and try here often and again my food... is terrible. I guess it?s my fault for continuing to come here but it?s very convenient. My food is decent maybe 1 out of every3 visits. Really why do I come here?? I ordered a Big Mac and I was given the 2 patties and toppings smashed in between 2regular buns (instead of the 3 sesame buns) and it was cold. Fries too. The fries always have a funky burnt taste also. Iunderstand it?s fast food but some level of quality should be expected. I would be ok with a mistake or bad food once in a whilebut this is literally almost consistently bad and cold. Read more
