Our experience was horrible. We did a call out order and received inedible food. We ordered 2 melts and both were so overcooked... that the risk of cutting up gums or breaking teeth when trying to bite into them was real. We also ordered cheesesticks thatwere so overcooked that we couldnt tell there was even cheese on top of them. It was just a black mess that we didnt even try toeat. Sad as we were very excited to try the new melts only to be out $25.00+ and still having to find something else to eat. Isuggest if you want melts you better dine in and not carry out. We wont be going back to Pizza Hut for a long time of ever. Read more

Even though I had repeatedly said my order over the phone, it was wrong. However the manager not only fixed the mistake but even... gave us the incorrect pizza for free due to the inconvenience. They tried really hard to make sure that we were happy when left.Really appreciate the effort from those guys Read more

A great experience. We were traveling and needed a place for lunch where we could stop, rest, and have a meal. Food and drinks... were GREAT! Read more

I took my kids to pizza Hutt yesterday it's usually really good or at least it used to be.. I'm not sure what happend but the... pizza I got for my kids had a slight plastic flavor. ( I tried a piece) the kids ended up mostly eating breadsticks. I ordered aseparate pizza for myself and to take home for my husband and found a long green string of some sort baked into the pizza crust.Dinning area wasn't clean as there was food/trash on the floor and they weren't busy at all so not sure as to why. We came in for lunch, were told to sit wherever we wanted, then proceeded to walk the entire dining room looking for a clean... table; there were none. There were two other tables occupied; one of which looked to be an employee possibly interviewing(?).They were there the entire time we were, but did not have food. Another table was occupied by a couple eating their food. We satdown and didn't wait very long for the server (very personable; pleasant and made eye contact). I asked her to please wipe ourtable because there were no others clean. She apologized and went to get something to clean it. Even after she wiped it (with awet cloth), it was still sticky on the edges. I asked about the NEW Value Lunch ad displayed on the outside window (see attachedphoto). She said we couldn't order it; they had the stuff to make it but she didn't know why we couldn't order it. She did tellus that someone else had ordered it from their phone (inside the restaurant) and they were able to make it. I looked online, onmy phone and even downloaded the app, never to find this deal. We ended up ordering The Edge pizza, which was great. I had to goto another table to get the paper towel dispenser; ours was missing. As I mentioned, the server was polite and professional. Thesign just inside the door said they'd be happy to seat us. I think they should've seated us, but cleaned all the empty tablesprior to doing so. There was no one leaving the restaurant when we came in. There were only a couple people picking up take-out.I've worked in the restaurant business. Another review from April mentioned the (white) Christmas tree still up. Yes, it'sstill there...really? There is no reason this dining room should look the way it did. My husband used the rest room and said itwas filthy. It means a lot if he complained. Not sure we'll eat anything from here again. If the dining room was dirty, themen's bathroom was dirty...what does the kitchen/prep area look like? If you can't staff p Read more

This is the second time in the past 2 or 3 months that I have came to this Pizza Hut and was turned away because of lack of... employees on duty. There management does not know how to schedule people and they need to up the man hours allowed so they canhave people there. It?s time restaurants get there act together and start serving people. I can go to just about any restaurantthat treats there employees good and pays decent and they are fully staffed. But Hardees, McDonald?s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, places like this all are closed in there dinning room about as much as they are open. Why is that? Because they are to worriedabout labor dollars more than taken care of the customers. Yes you might go in the hole a few days or a week but when peoplelearn you are trying to be more customer service related instead of not having the staff to serve them then it will turn aroundand you will have more customers. But you keep making people mad and you should just go ahead and close your doors for good. Read more
