I don?t ask for much, but being pregnant and not wanting to drive all the way to Chiefland to Pizza Hut, I wanted a Hawaiian... pizza with stuffed crust and the garlic butter flavoring. I called in the order. It was pouring rain and the staff was outsidetaking a break when I walked in and I had to wait for them to come in while I saw that my pizza was just sitting out in a pan onthe other side of the oven. Their card machine was also broken, which was not mentioned on the phone, so I had to use the ATMwith the charge to get cash to pay for the pizza (while the staff was still outside). I just wanted to get my pizza and go. WhenI got home I realized the pizza was all wrong- NOT HAWAIIAN. It was supreme with garlic herb crust. Not at all what I waswanting. They have made good food in the past. Now the store has a new manager who is rude and seems to be proud of it. The quality has... gone down a great deal, but don't complain -- she really dislikes anyone who insinuates that the food could be better..... Thekitchen is in disarray and the front counter was filthy with grime that could be scraped off with a coin even though I was toldthat the counter was "as clean as they could get it". I went in to grab three large pizzas there was one personnel that was there and I tell you what she earned the tips that she... received she was keeping track of all the orders making all the pizza and keeping up this young lady deserve to be a manager.Heck she even deserve to be a regional manager now unfortunately the seats and the bar needs to be reworked because it's in arepart of the gas station but besides that it was still clean clean Read more
Called in an order for 1 cheese pizza to the Trenton FL location on 10/10/19 at 7:07 pm. The young lady taking my order said it... would be ready in 30 min. At 7:50 pm the pizza had not even been started yet. When I complained the young lady behind thecounter said,"Well, we're busy." I then told her I couldn't stay any longer and asked for my money back. She looked past me andstarted talking to the customer behind me. At that point I walked out and called the 1800 customer service number, filed acomplaint and again asked for a refund. The representative I spoke with took my complaint and said someone would follow up withme within 48 hours. It's now monday and since I haven't heard from anyone, I called the 1800 number and asked where we stand.The representative I spoke with today said they reported my complaint to the location I had trouble with and it was now theirresponsibility to contact me and offer me a refund for the pizza i didn't receive. Wow... I told them that after the customerservice i experienced that I really did not expect them to even make an attempt to contact me let alone make good on the money Iwas out. My husband and I have been so pleased with the service 10/18 Found out there is a New owner. The girl that makes our pizza has... repeatedly done a Wonderful job very kind would highly recommend trying them again. I think you'll be very HAPPY! Let them knowhow good there service is.
