Went for takeout on Saturday, 29 October. Ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese meal. Got home and instead of a quarter pounder... with cheese, I had a regular burger with no cheese. Wasn't going back at this point. Not in the future either. Thanks fornothing Tremonton (McDonalds). Read more
Last 3 time I've been here I have payed for large fries that come half full. Last time I ordered a medium meal and large meal I... emptied the medium fries and put the large order in the medium fries box same amount. Don't wast your money geting the largermeal they don't fill it to be a large. Read more

So, I have been getting McDonald's iced coffee pretty much a few times a week for the last year or two. Today, I ordered a... meal, at a different fast food place, but wanted iced coffee with it. I made my mobile order, and selected it as pick upinside. The signs on the door said the lobby was closed on sunday, but I was here on a Friday in the middle of the day, so thelobby was supposed to be open... But, the door was locked. Tried the kiosk first time found it confusing. Had Grandkids with us so went into the play area. First had to ask them to turn... oyn the lights. Can understand that they keep it off when not in use. The playroom was cold was here now for over 45 min and amshivering as I post this. Have asked a couple of times to turn on the heat. They have not done so. There is others in thearea and they all have there coats on. Come on is this the way to treat customers. Read more
