Was not impressed. Seems like management has left it to a handful of teenagers to figure it out on their own. They forgot to put... cheese on my burger and the employee asked if I?d like her to hand me a piece of cheese to put on it. I refused and the crewgathered around the back counter to open the sandwich put a couple of slices and return it to me with a ?I hope this is what youwanted? sorry look on their face. sat at the drive through for ten minutes asking the microphone to see if anybody was there but got no response from the three... people i could see through the window. went inside and sat at the desk for another ten minutes. it was 2 hours before closingand there wasn?t a soul in sight. foods not too bad but service is terrible Read more

I ordered the BK Chicken Cordon Bleu when I opened it up the sandwich was missing the two mozzarella slices, and the tomato... pepper and the signature sauce and to top it off it was covered in mayo. I think this is just disgusting the way that theytreat the customers . Tomorrow I am going back to get a refund. Read more
There was 2 guys supposedly working ,however nobody would answer the drive through window. We went in and asked if they were... open and they both just looked at each other than one came over and said ugg what do you want. Rude and unprofessional. This isat 8:30 p.m on 10-2-22. I understand short handed but I do not understand ignoring the customer and being rude to those whoare trying to give the company business and hard earned money. Guess good help is hard to find.
