Previously, I've had fine experiences at this store. Tonight, I ordered at 4:45 pm to beat the rush. They quoted 39 minutes to... delivery. At 6:00 pm the app said "delivered, enjoy your food." I've called the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes, neverconnecting to a live agent. So rather than "check on my order" I chose to "place a new order." After battling with the robot fora few minutes they forwarded me to a call center, where the rep stated they'll connect me to the local store. I protested, "theywon't answer." The rep's response (if you can call it that) was "thank you sir, hold the line for a while so I can transfer youto the local store. Have a good night." and disconnected. The ironic part is, I was reaching out with a benefit of the doubt; mygoal was to check if the food was still coming before I answered the post-sale survey. Not extending that courtesy again. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered three large pepperoni pizzas with sauce for a party and when everyone... was trying to eat their pizza we realized there wasn't any sauce on any of the pizzas. After realizing I called the dominoesasking for them to please fix their mistake and instead of apologizing they were arguing with me saying that I was lying becausethe girl that made the pizza said she put sauce. I don't understand why this location is even open. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Waited 2 hours after calling over... and over again only for them to say the kitchen staff messed up the order and they're remaking it. After saying, thatsunacceptable, the Manager says they can give a refund and then asks which order was it. WHAT?! I placed an order on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Because I?ve had issues in the past with this location being late with... times deliveries, I scheduled the delivery for 12:00 when I needed it by 12:30. The driver did not arrive until after 1:15. Iwas never notified of the late delivery time and had to call to confirm the order was even coming. This isn?t my first latedelivery but it will be my last. Read more
The people were nice tonight, I will give them that. App notified me my order was ready at 618pm, I am still sitting and... waiting, 629pm. Not that the time is a major deal. But i am assuming, the inaccurate tracking in regards to there orders, app,and completion times plays a factor in the locations specifically. I ordered 1 pizza and wings, and am still sitting andwatching the disorganized chaos here. It is now 632pm and the cold hard plastic chair still craddles my behind. 636 pm and myname is called, jackpot. Recommend keeping the people.because they enjoyed what they were doing.
