i?m not blaming them as anything, but today i ordered delivery for me and my friends, and it took 2 hours to get to me. I have... no way to call door dash but this is actually absurd. Love the food bit the staff is horrible. They forgot one of my items in the drive thru and the lobby was closed so I knocked on... the door and the girls straight up ignored me and wouldn't look at me. I just wanted what I paid for. It was so rude. They sentthe male, (im assuming the manager over) to help me instead of giving me the time of day. I love the business chain I just haterude workers. They ruin it for the business. Love this store and the vibe! The manager must be a good leader because the staff always seems so upbeat and friendly with both... customers and eachother every time we come in. I ordered the sunshine smoothie with white chocolate and strawberries. This smoothie straight up has whey In it and I know... because I am a general manager at a tropical smoothie. Note to the staff: please pay closer... attention to your product and quality, I may not have an allergic reaction but it could seriously harm someone with a differentimmune system.
