This place is awesome! The food is great and the staff are super friendly. I had the burger and it was one of the best I've had.... Totally recommend it They have really good cider as well and the price is reasonable. My only regret is that I didn't go backfor a second meal while I was in Traverse City but you can bet I'll be stopping by next time I'm there. Read more
We thoroughly enjoyed our Taproot experience. We were visitors from Ann Arbor Michigan and Tennessee, and Taproot in Traverse... City did not disappoint. The food quality was impressive (many dishes included local/organic ingredients), the chairs were SOcomfortable, and the service was delightful. We all loved the pizza ? best pizza of the entire trip. Hummus, tacos and ciderswere also delicious. We would go back to Taproot in a heartbeat! Read more
My friend and I went to tap root last evening. We had a lovely table outside on a perfect night. We ordered the peas and carrots... appetizer with a satay dipping sauce that was so yummy. Then my friend got one of the tacos and I got one of the pizzas andthose were both delicious as well. Our server was pleasant and prompt. They seem to have their act together in terms of staffingand management. I am so glad to have a wonderful restaurant with great ambiance that doesn't break the bank. I will definitelygo there again. Very good! We've been meaning to try this place out for quite some time now and finally got around to it. The service was a... little slow at first but once a different server (Dorian - so great!) came over, it was wonderful. We got the tachos (totnachos) and two types of pizza. It was all delicious!
