Who owns this Taco Bell!!!??? I don't usually take the time to give a bad review, but this place is horrendous!!! I travel for... work and I've been to many Taco Bells..... I must confess.....Hands down, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The last coupleweeks, they just ignore the drive-thru or always say it's closed. You go in to order and they end up still not getting yourorder correct. The couple people working are incapable of simple tasks like punching in the order and accepting the payment.They ruin the food by not making them correctly. This one is kind of iffy. The turnover rate is so high there that they are always in training mode. There's normally a line out... to the road, and sometimes it takes more time than it's worth to go through the drive through. I don't think the lobby is open,not since COVID. Read more
Very disappointing!!! My husband has s very sick..we are on limited time We ordered food online. The online site messed it up... for our location and I tried calling several , several times with no answer, during business hours. There is no way that amanager was not on the night shift, to answer phones. or maybe they just like to ignore customers. Read more

Idk if they need new speakers or what but the person taking our order in the drive thru couldn't seem to hear what we were... saying. That was frustrating. Once we finally got on the same page, we got our food quickly and the girl at the window wasfriendly. Read more
Normally this place is decent but their hours are not correct, nor do they let you know what their real hours are when you... DoorDash. I placed a DoorDash order with them at 5:50pm scheduled ahead for an 8pm delivery, since Google says their hours areuntil 11pm every day, and was confirmed by them only 3 weeks ago. They didn?t bother to cancel my order for me, only let me sithere a half hour past delivery time wondering if anybody was going to pick up my order. I canceled the order just for DoorDashto tell me that they?re closed and can deliver my order at 7:40am tomorrow. It would have been nice to know that my 8pm deliverywould not be delivered at all. I know the store has the ability to cancel orders, as I?ve had it happen to me before with otherstores. It?s also a shame DoorDash even let me place the order knowing that they were closed. Somehow, DoorDash knows this placecloses at 7, but Google does not. Please update to show your REAL hours, as the hours you confirmed 3 weeks ago were clearlywrong. I placed my order more than an hour before they closed (even though I thought I placed the order 5 hours before theyclosed), they had time to cancel it, but couldn?t do me the courtesy of that.
