This may be the best place ever! Was staying in town for a couple days & had tried multiple other local spots. They were fine... but seems overpriced and frankly not that great. The moment we walked in we were welcomed like family. The food is absolutelyterrific. It was so good we went for breakfast and dinner multiple times! Great diner! They do food they way it should be. Mostly simple and some elegant. TC has plenty of places that serve up unique... and contemporary or new age dishes. Want a hearty old school breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, or frenchtoast? Go here. Omelets you have heard of before (Farmers, Denver, ...) come here. Want a good burger (they have a dozenstyles) and great fries. Here. My son loved his spaghetti, my daughter said their sub was so delicious (I steuggle to get herto eat anything other than pizza). Lemonade was grandma style. Real tart and full of flavor. One of the best places that notourist is probably talking about (except me! Lol). Read more
In my opinion this is one of the top breakfast places in Northern Michigan! Great hole in the wall. Awesome food! And the prices... cannot be beat! The coffee keeps on coming and the service is friendly and fast! This is definitely my new favorite in Traverseand will be back again and again! Read more

What a fantastic diner! Came for breakfast before heading to the dunes. We came on their 25th anniversary of being in business.... There's a reason they've been here that long, the service and food is amazingly delicious! Had the Spinach omelette withhashbrowns and rye, and the blueberry pancakes.
