Walked in to get some lunch. Have never been to this location. Stood at the counter for at least ten minutes looking at the... board, waiting for assistance. 3 people behind the line, nobody acknowledged me, let alone offered any help. Some teenagerswalked in and went to the far side, (apparently you order there?? ) Female employee went over started talking to them. I didthere for a couple more minutes, then finally left when another customer came in and was waited in before me. Apparently I wasinvisible, or they just didn't want to take my order?? Oh well.... Disappointing, honestly. There isn't a Chipotle around here, so we tried Qdoba. Both times I have went in I have been very... disappointed. You pay for something and you don't get everything that's supposed to come with it. We had to go back up and askfor multiple things that we didn't get that we ordered. We ordered through the app the second time and I ordered a veggieburrito and I literally only got rice in a tortilla. I added the toppings that I wanted and that's what I ended up with. Half ofmy kids stuff were missing from their meals, I was missing stuff from my meal and my husband's. Paying $60 for dinner and havingover half of it missing is pretty disappointing. We filled out the survey and asked to be contacted by email, and nobody hascontacted us. It's definitely not worth the cost or the experience. Good place to grab something quick and filling. Love when they have their mango salsa!

Absolutely love eating here. Staff is always friendly and make our food just the way we like and in a timely manner.

This is a great place to grab lunch. Their food is pretty good and it's fast. I only gave 4 stars b/c everytime I order... guacamole, it's bad. Great service here every time. We primarily order via mobile app for pickup and it's maybe ten-fifteen min between order to... ready every time. Order has always been accurate and walking in, picking up our order from the takeout rack, and walking out isgreat especially when there's a big line. Food quality hasn't let me down. They get my fifth star when they bring back the BBQsauce for my pulled pork burrito :( Read more

Staying at Great Wolf Lodge, decided to order takeout for family. Went thru app and did a family meal bundle for bowl/taco.... Stated it came with chips, salsa,queso and all the fixings. So I thought that meant cheese, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole likeon the board under toppings. Didn't get option for specific toppings. At pick up I noticed the extra tortillas I ordered weremissing, as well as all the toppings. I received 2 Pico, 1salsa, 1shredded cheese only. None of workers acknowledged me atregister so I had to go thru line. When it was my turn I informed Blake what was missing. He took my bags and checked order. Hethen told me it was correct except for extra tortillas. I was given the giant kind not knowing until later they aren't goodunless steamed. I asked for plates and was told no. I was told it would be $10 for sour cream and quac. I declined and asked formanagers card. They didn't have any but said manager was Blake-who I literally was talking with. I clarified saying aren't youBlake, and he said yes ???? I asked for his district or regional manager and they said they didn't know how to get ahold ofthem. So I left shaking my head. The portions were underwhelming , rice didn't even fill bottom of container. Beans had a pieceof plastic in them. I'm a patron of Qdoba from time to time. They are basically the subway of burritos. I have never had a bad burrito here. The... quesadillas are pretty fantastic too. The staff here are friendly and professional as much as you could ask for. Today I visitedduring the mandatory mask order. My photos show how this Qdoba currently looks.
