Reviews for Kilkenny's Irish Public House in Traverse City, MI
Beyond overpriced. I?m sure management will say ?oh food and drink is expensive anywhere? which is a lie, there are many local... places with much better prices. It?s also just chaotic and not very relaxing. Read more
Great day really appreciate your staff and the band played good tunes very long break but other than that we will definitely be... back. Read more
Unbelievably rude doorman and management. We had a group coming after a wedding and gave them a heads up days prior. We show up... and the doorman had zero intentions of letting us in (claims they were at capacity) despite groups of girls showing up after wedid and he let them in immediately. Called for the manager and she just stared at us. Why would they agree to host us ahead oftime and then refuse immediately? Plenty of other bars in TC, find one that appreciates your business. Stood at the bar for about 25 minutes, the bartender looked at us multiple times and ignored us. Left without ever ordering a... drink. Definitely a ?locals only? vibe. Read more
The largest bar in TC open till 2AM. Live music, dance floor, several seating areas, pool tables, leather sofas, decor is great... for group pics. Favorite last stop for bachelorette parties. Read more
We were in Traverse City for the weekend and we ended up going to Kilkenny's twice - once Friday and again on Saturday. First of... all the decor is so cool! The whole vibe they have going on is so awesome. The music, it's sweet! Both days they were playing90-00's emo music, which you NEVER hear anywhere! A Day to Remember, Rise Against, Story of the Year, etc.. the wait staff wasawesome, and so we're the bartenders. The food is also really good. And the drink, Pure Imagination, that I kept getting wasinspired by the fact that the building used to be an old Candy Factory! We will come back to Kilkenny's every single time we arein Traverse City from now on. Keep being awesome you guys! ???? Read more
Great environment and music! Everyone was very nice. Seat yourselves and order at the counter. The pizza was delicioussssss and... so were the hot wings. They didn't have ranch and blue cheese, but they had gorgonzola and pesto ranch. Those turned out to beeven better. :) The beer was also delicious. I love this place. Read more
