Tried for the third, and last time to order a to-go order. Over a HALF HOUR WAIT FOR Chicken and NOT busy.... which makes it... blatantly obvious that they are only cooking chicken upon order and turning away business. My last 2 visits were the same, rightalong with rude customer service representatives. Either run a restaurant or close it. This was definitely be my last attempt atwasting my time trying to support this local business. No more. I'm done with this franchiser and location. Read more
Abysmal experience at this KFC. Although the lady who took our order was very pleasant to us it felt like everything else was... meant to fall apart. Was told that if I ordered regular chicken there would be a 15 minute wait vs the 7 minute wait for tendersso we ordered tenders. We then proceeded to wait for 38 minutes before we received our food. I had to go inside after waiting inthe special spot they had me move to. Car after car went past me while out there. When inside they told me the tenders had justcame out so it'd be right up for me. I still waited almost 15 minutes inside while I saw other drive thru orders go out. Eventhe other customers waiting for their messed up orders commented on how something really screwy was going on. After spending $40on food we weren't once offered a chance to just take a refund and go but instead kept getting told "That it would be rightout". I've worked fast food and I'm well aware of how fryers work. Once the food is out of the oil it doesn't take an additional15 minutes to serve the food. You had just decided to arbitrarily ignore certain of us while continuing helping everyone else.Disgraceful. Read more
There were only6 small pieces of chicken in my famous bowl.we waited a long time for suposeable fresh popcorn chicken.our famous... bowl was cold.they gave us really salty fries for waiting.i would have rather had hot food with more chicken pieces.you guyssuck. Read more
The best service I?ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant! We ordered a couple family meals and the manager let us know... personally that the chicken would have to be mixed between extra crispy and original.. we are from STL and those jerks, the stlemployees, would have to told us to kick rocks and go elsewhere. Good old KFC knows the meaning of inflation but what they don't know is that it doesn't mean you serve only 25 percent of a... person's order. Nice job on hiring people noone else will.. It took 45 minutes to order at drive through. Then another 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the window. Only to find out my... order was sitting there for almost the whole time. No ice in drink and no potatoes but coke slaw. Also when I tried to questionall this the window was closed in my face and no one would answer the problem. So sad. Read more
If you want mediocre, luke-warm food, served by the dumbest people on earth then your wait is over. Spent $28 on a bucket of... chicken and a drink. Ordered original recipe. I got crispy. I ordered 2 sides of mash potatoes and gravy. Guess what... theydidn't put them in the bag. I get 1 day off from work per week, and this S-hole place ruined my day. Never going back! Read more
