Always long lines with only 1 register open even though there is 3 or 4 employees behind the counter. The 1 person actually... running a register usually finds it more important to continue conversations with her coworkers even with customers at herregister checking out(constantly turning the other way to chat instead of paying attention to the customer and what she shouldbe doing). I drive taxi in TC. Its 16° out and I happened on a 68 yr. old homeless veteran how sai0d he was freezing from the inside. I... took him to this store for coffee and to warm up for a minute. When the clerk, Michelle, found out he was homeless, she becamevery rude to both of us. She screamed at me in the store, and then followed me to the parking lot screaming about how dare Ibring homeless people into her store. (The man was a cash paying customer). I am now trespassed from this store for bringing ahomeless person into her store and not letting him freeze to death on the street. Fine. I trespass myself from all Holidaystores. To be so bigoted against someone for being less fortunate to the point they will make a cash paying customerembarrassed, and totally humiliate someone for trying to do good is totally unacceptable. It was ok. Run of the mill gas station. Free air for your tires. Only place in the area open after 8pm so you can almost... guarantee police will be hanging out. 3 or 4 cop cars is very common. Decent automotive section. Lots of fresh donuts, hence thepolice. Its right on the county line so you can expect to see leelanau county and grand traverse county sherries. The gas station is fine, BUT .... They have an antiquated system for some of their sale items. I probably been overcharged many... times. Supposed to get a pop out of discount with a hot food purchase but if the cashier forgets to scan the coupon at registerthen you don't get the discount. It shouldn't be up to the customer to train the employees on their sale items. But I findmyself time and time again having to remind the employees to scan the discount, and a lot of them don't even know what the heckyou're talking about. It really isn't their fault 100%, because the system should recognize The discount and automaticallyapply it. Bad system, just watch them If you don't like being overcharged. Read more

This store focuses on getting people quickly to and through the register. I really appreciate it. Staff are friendly and... professional. This store is always clean, shelves are always full of product, and my experience their is consistently positive. Finally - for sake of convenience, the fact that I can count on there always being fresh bananas is a real bonus! Not kiddingabout the bananas. Read more
