It is Detroit Middle Eastern food, that specific and lovely mixture typified by foods like sumac-topped, sweetish mac & cheese... or kabob with charred, spicy peppers. Owner Brett offered to make up some lamb kabob for me, though it wasn't on offer that day,and also I walked out with a tasty labneh dessert in a sweet sauce & pistachio. What can I say!? ??????? Spotted this hidden gem on a viral Facebook post. Happened to be in the area and thought we'd check it... out! Small, quaint and standing room only establishment. Small in size, but BIG in taste, hospitality and offerings! Chef Brentwas great at explaining each and every one of his prepared dishes/recipes...and allowed for taste testing as well! Ordered upthe Butter Chicken, Tenders, Arabic Salad with White Rice. Flavor, quantity and unique flavors were right on par. Definitelywill be returning! Great job, keep up the great work! ????
