Reviews for Grand Traverse Pie Company in Traverse City, MI
One of the best chicken pot pies I've tasted and super fresh, and not too salty or overseasoned.
Hubby had Cherry Chicken salad. Yummy. I had bowl of Pablano soup. OMG . Only bad thing is I didn't have enough. Cup of coffee... too. Super good food. Lots of folks having chicken pot pie. Looked really good too. Read more
This was recommended by a coworker. Per his recommendation, we tried the ABC pie. It did not disappoint. One of the best pies... that I've had. We ended up buying a whole pie, sat down at one of the tables, and ate quite a bit of it. We were able to bringit along on our road trip and enjoy it at several different spots over a couple days. I love pie. I got a chicken pot pie and a slice of cherry crumble. Was not disappointed. It was super busy as a street fair... was going on, but I'd go back if given the chance. Could have been better if the pie was hot and ice cream were involved. Read more
We stopped in during Friday afternoon, a few minutes before closing. The staff was quite welcoming, and we were treated with a... warm welcome. We had a slice of pie, warmed up, and picked up an additional pie to take home. The pie filling could bedistinguished: not mushy, and clear flavors of apple, berries. The pie dough had a warm, baked flavor, without hints ofshortening, and the crumble top is a good excuse to eat oatmeal! It was way different from another Grand Traverse Pie location,in Plymouth. This is the reason it is a must to get a fresh piece of pie in Traverse City, rather than the other, "down south"location:great service, and fresh pie! Read more
