I don't know that they have ever gotten our order right (shame on us for giving them multiple seconds chances). Sometimes it's... just mixing stuff up but lately there have been entire parts of the order missing. Tonight, fully half of our wings didn't havesauce at all. If you can get anyone to answer the phone (good luck) they won't actually do anything to fix the situation. This was some of the worst service we have ever gotten. The waitress has 5 tables ours (6top) other were 2-4 people but mostly 2... and couldn't handle it. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled & for her to take our order. Not only was she extremely rudebut she avoided our table. There was a 4 top of men she took better care of than any of her tables.. we paid 100+ 20% tip forservice we didn't receive and cold food, stale chips. We will never be back. I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap online (easy) and picked up around 1:45 on Sunday.. they were busy, but service was good... and the food even better!!! Great job! Read more

Went here for 1st time today. I regret not trying it sooner. Food was amazing, nice draft selection, really cool atmosphere, and... wait staff did amazing job. This is definitely my new favorite chain restaurant sorry Texas Roadhouse. Read more

As chain restaurants go BWW is a pretty good option. The food is affordable and consistent. The service can be hit and miss at... the Traverse City location but on our most recent visit it was okay. I do like that the restaurant makes an effort to change uptheir menu offerings with pub type food that mixes well with their core staple of wings with many sauces. Read more

Bartender staff is the best around. Wings are good. It’s always clean. I don’t sit in the dining area much so I can’t... speak for that experience. The variety is wing sauce is great. Their ranch is high quality. I usually go there to watch thefights are to celebrate a good lawn mowin. Unfortunately since the pandemic hit the food service has declined dramatically.I’ve been there 3 times in the past few months and each time I say I will no longer eat there until things change. Here’s mylatest to go order. Crispy chicken wrap with medium sauce and a order of onion rings. What I got was a chicken wrap. No sauce.Hardly any chucking and 4, yes 4 onion rings. All for $20. This location is great! They are short staffed like everywhere else, so they’ve blocked off tables in order to still provide... good service, so definitely call ahead to check the wait time. Erick who was the host was so friendly, had such a positiveattitude, and really made us feel welcome. Roger our server was also great, very knowledgeable about the menu and our glasseswere never empty! I tried the new chicken sandwich with challah bun and it was fantastic.
