Just moved to the area and my experience is summed up in three words: Absolutely phenomenal food!!! The restaurant had a great... atmosphere, the waitstaff was nothing short of wonderful and professional. My fiancé and I sat at the bar and was immediatelygreeted and drinks served. I started with a Black Cherry soda and my fiancé had a diet soda. We ordered the breadsticks and TheMeat Up stuffed pizza. The breatsticks and marinara sauce were delicious. The Meat Up stuffed pizza was perfect. The outer crustwas crispy and well seasoned, the inner crust was cooked through and had a slight chew, the toppings were mouth watering, andthe sauce was perfect in seasoning and amount. I saw they had Anchor Steam Porter on draft and had to order one. The beer waspoured perfectly and served cold. I have found my new local pizza place. Read more
Sidewall is our absolute favorite pizza place! The breadsticks are also delicious and a great snack while you wait? they are... huge! Their sodas are really good too. We have never had bad service. Read more
The Summer Vegetable salad, breadsticks, and homemade ice cream were delicious! There was a small issue with our pizza but the... staff quickly made it right. The staff was super friendly. And, in spite of our pizza not coming out correctly, it was stillvery good. We'll definitely be back. Read more
Love love love Sidewall! Best thin chewy crust around. Every time we visit TR we plan on eating here. We got the Green... Goddess and added Italian Sausage. I also had their Wedge Salad which in my opinion is the most flavorful I've had in theUpstate. At other times we've had their Meatball pizza and breadsticks and other salads. Pro tip #1-do NOT be that person attempting a 24 point turn around in the tiny parking lot-if there isn?t a spot go up & around... the dumpsters. Park in the lot & walk the 25 yard! Pro tip #2-do not be phased by the fact that all the tables are taken-justget your order to go, travel 15 min up to Paris Mtn park for a dinner with ambience. Pro tip #3-I do not go to a pizza placefor a salad! But make the exception here & order the seasonal salad! In summer, it is surprisingly called ?summer vegetablesalad?! It is the marinated veggies that make this salad rock! Yes! Yes, The pizzas are good! We had the Buffalo Chickenpizza. Key in this pizza is spicy blue cheese dressing & crumbles. Now mind you, we are died in the wool, born & bred deepdish pizza people. But this little tasty treasure from Sidewall was scrumptious! Everything was delicious! We had the bread sticks, hot Hawaiian Pizza as well as the Margarita and it was fantastic. The pear... salad was well put together and perfect. Next time we come to Travelers Rest, I wouldnt pass this place without getting somepizza. Read more
You're gonna be taking some home! I've had a lot of chicken bacon ranch pizzas in my time and I gotta say that this is up there... in the top 2 I've ever had. The portions are generous, the crispy crust, flavors, and hand tossed dough make this THE pizzaplace in town. Service is great as well with great outside seating.
