This restaurant was a nice place to sit and eat. They have a very large menu with many options and choices. The food came... quickly and was hot. The portions were good and we both were full when we left with some leftovers. The guacamole dip was decentbut average. The margs were very good and good sized. The salsa was really good as were the chips. The prices were reasonable,especially considering the portions. They do have some very good vegetarian options on the menu. The service was good with thewaiters making sure we were taken care of, until it was time to pay. Took them awhile to check us out. With just the one visit,I would recommend it, especially with the limited options in this small town. It was good food, good portions, good service andreally good margs with fair prices. Read more
A great Mexican restaurant! Free chips and salsa to start the meal and staff does a great job keeping things full. The menu is... big and it has vegetarian options. The veggie fajitas are large and I had enough for a second meal. Good flavors and solidingredients. Staff was great to work with and was very attentive. Quick service and we didn't have to wait long for the maincourse. The restaurant is clean and very inviting. I'd come back for sure. Read more
It is so nice when you find a place like this in a small town. La Terraza in Traer has me hooked !! The wait staff is well... trained and helpful and the decor of the dining area is just beautiful..exposed brick walls in a room this large could be toomuch, but their tasteful choice of tables, chairs and decorations, smooth the look. I had a perfectly made Lime Margarita andtheir Guadalajara Burrito..Beef, Chicken and Shrimp with Green Peppers and Onions smothered in rich Queso Sauce. Then I top thiswith Salsa Fresca and fiery Salsa Picante. It is a feast !! It is worth the drive, 5 stars all around. Read more
Nice atmosphere, wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. Everything was clean and well kept. Food was good and came out... quickly! Excellent food with a spacious menu. Building is large with lots of seating and a full bar with outdoor patio. Service was fast,... courteous and professional. Small town Mexican restaurant with big city taste. Definetly worth a stop. Read more
