The wait time is ridiculous... Getting any of the staff to acknowledge the customer is like pulling teeth and when they do speak... to customers they are rude... If u are understaffed i get it.. Say sorry we are a bit behind .. Or hi ill be right with you..Its not that hard.. The not washing of the hands is just gross. I witnessed a girl handle money scratch her hair and then gomake wings.. I just went to use the restroom. But the manager or whomever was yelling at their employee a lot. I hope everything is okay.... No one deserves that kind of treatment. I think she needs to be told how to handle employees better. Give her a second chance. As a religious person i feel everyone deserves second chances but with caution and alittle strictness. Food is great. I wishthere were beyond meat options or something vegan. Those sauces would be interesting with soy, tempeh, or even an impossible. First time using the app to order and they lost my order somehow. So even tho we preordered we still had to wait for it to be... cooked all from then on. The Cashier that I was trying to place an order with had a additude and kept on shooting down my request for the 79cent boneless... wings on Tuesday because if I order 6 it has to be ordered as a "combo" and will be charged as such. And when I chose to ordersomething else she refused to place the order because I was paying with a 100 dollar bill. I love wingstop so much. The tenders, the fries, the ranch! but this particular location in Tracy needs some improvement with... the cleanliness and especially time management which impacts the customer experience. Today, I waited an entire hour for a fewcombos which is kind of ridiculous. Amongst other irate customers waiting, I would say I was pretty patient for the most partuntil I realized it had been one whole hour since I placed the order at the store with a dude named Antonio. It didn?t seem likethere was a lead or a supervisor present for quality and damage control. In conclusion, I got my food. Cold. But I stillenjoyed my food. There won?t be a next for me at this location. If you absolutely need to satisfy your wing stop cravings, Irecommend placing an order way ahead of desired time for pick up. Maybe a year ahead since Tracy is a slow paced kind of town.Lol! Use doordash or call. And ask for wait times for orders because they don?t seem to keep it 100 with customers. Read more

Always love the food, just not the wait times. This location is extremely slow for ordering. It normally takes 40+ minutes to... get your food. NEVER GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK you won't make it back to work in time. The staff is very friendly and apologeticabout the waiting though. Read more
On multiple instances has the wait time been egregiously bad and unacceptable. I?ve had to wait over an hour delay on top of the... 50 minute expected wait time. The chicken sandwich is awful and stale, and the bread is hard. Trying so hard to make anexception for the longer wait because the wings are still good but the poor experience is just unbearable.
