Doesn't seem like and old drive in burger joint turned Mexican restaurant could surprise you. But that's exactly what's happens.... The workers are great. But the food is why we go. Many excellent choices. The top menu item , for me at least, are theincredible crispy shrimp tacos. They are out of this world, and in my opinion have to had at least one time. Check this placeout. The food is good but the customer service is horrible and we will never buy from them again! We had ordered from this restaurant... several times before and because we really liked the food, we would make it a point to order from them when we had family andfriends visit so they could see how good the food was. Unfortunately, over the weekend (Oct.24th) we were told that they onlytake orders for dine-in now. The last few times we tried calling our orders in there is no answer so we would drive there toplace our order and wait until they were ready. This time, they told us they were only taking orders for dine-in because thekitchen was backed up. My husband said he would wait until all dine-in customers had received their food before placing ourorder, but he was told that they still wouldn't take his order. I understand every business has the right to deny service, but Ifeel that it was pretty discriminatory to deny service even though we drove to their location and were willing to wait all thenecessary time to be served without making a fuss. It's too bad they had to shut their service to us because even though thefood was delicious and like no other we have found in the area, we will never purchase from them again and we will not berecommending them at all. The Culiacanada and the shrimp tacos were great, just for $8.98 per plate. It was very satisfying, great flavor.
Great food! A little pricey but you get well what you pay for! We'll be back!

The food was amazing and very flavorful! Horchata was perfect. The cheesy beef tacos were amazing! Very tender meat and... perfectly seasoned. The sushi was very good as well. Clean and reasonably priced but overall disappointing. Regular Burrito is $5.99 and decent size but not wrapped well. As soon as... the foil came off, it immediately unravelled. Al Pastor seemed burnt to me (which made the whole Burrito dry) but that couldjust be their style. But the real disappointment was the Micheladas. $5.59 which seems reasonable but who serves a half fullMichaela glass. Most other restaurants in the area are full glass with comparable sized for similar price. Mon & Wed $5 burrito(99¢) off, Tues & Thurs $1.25 Tacos ($1 off). Read more
