The food is what you'd expect, had a Mexican Pizza and a supreme burrito. The lighting outside was not on so the menus was hard... to read (my photo was brightened through software, in person hard to see). They ran out of soda, which is fine for me, but therewas no sign and the staff member asked me what I wanted to drink with no heads up, stating sorry we can't offer soda but we canoffer something else. The person in front me left the drive thru without their items or paying. Read more

We ordered ahead on the mobile app and it took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby. There was a younger woman on the line... apologizing and pumping out orders and seemingly mainly working on the drive through orders and still talking to the lobby andexplaining they're shortstaffed and just being a good employee. Opposite of her was an older lady moving at the speed of frozentar, grabbing a box, setting it down, looking up at the monitor, reaching over for an ingredient, setting it down, looking up atmonitor, scooting box 3 inches, looking up at monitor, then by God's miracle she would finish one bag, come over to the counter,mumble, ignore the lobby guests who said, "who is this for" and go back to being the world's slowest employee I've ever see.It's already frustrating as hell for the other lady handling a very backed up drive through but because she's younger I'd betdollars to donuts she gets paid the same or less as Count Slowsula. It was painful to watch. And why is such a largeorganization only hiring 1-2 people for a Monday lunch rush? Pathetic. Read more

Poor experience today as a walk in customer. They seem to only be prioritizing the drive throughs. Normally I'd understand.... However, would have expected that expectation to be set before I placed the order. Now I have been here for way longer than Iplanned and no sign of my food yet. Very poor service... Read more

I went there before work whoever was at the window at 4:40 on 8/11 should not be at the window. I asked for the chicken cantina... tacos (which are still displayed on the menu) and this lady replied a very snappy tone "we don't sell those".If something isdisplayed at the menu I'm gonna assume you have it atleast say you understand that it is out there not speak to us like we arecrazy for ordering something you are sold out of. She was not responding when we asked questions and added something to ourorder we did not order when we asked her to remove it she became snappy again and told us "what do you want you said you wantedthe number 6 and now you want the number 2" with a lot of attitude. When we asked for her name she refused to give it to us.Completely ignored we were even asking didn't want to order after that interaction. Won't be coming here again despite being aregular. This taco bell needs to check on who they are hiring. Read more

This is one of the best Taco Bells I?ve ever been too. They had the A/C blasting, the workers were chill and friendly and super... fast. The food was tasty and hot, not sure I?ve ever had hot food from TB before. Wish this was my local Taco Bell. Read more

Food is Turning into mainly the tortilla with little filling. Last time we went out want worth it. 4 starts because it's as... expected. Employees are great! Locations easy, pressing is easy, drive thru is fast, all good things but the food quality fromcorporate is going down hill faster! Taco Bell need to rethink the amount of salt, calories, fat, & start putting more filling &less tortilla & carbs. Read more

I ordered my food at the front and somehow my order didn't go through correctly. The guy at the window apologized for the mess... up but the lady that was helping out gave me attitude like everything was my fault. I asked for a receipt for the refund but shetold me to take a picture of the receipt of the refund. Everything would of been fine until she gave me attitude for a receipt.I don't know why it's hard to ask for a receipt. Every order should come with a receipt. Read more
