I paid for lemon loaf and it... was 3+ weeks old at room temp, croissants about 3 months at room temp! The best Starbucks in Tracy! Ashylyn and Justin are very incredible baristas that take the time to make good quality drinks and... connections with their customers. My drink was made not exactly how I liked it, and without asking, they offered to remake it.They went out of their way, which I really appreciated! I wasn't at Starbucks, I was having excellent food at George's Gyro next door. He is quite the artist too, you need to check out... his art on the walls and the food is above awesome, prices are better than McDonalds! Check it out, right between Starbucks &Little Cesar's Pizza. Read more
I absolutely love this location. This location has made a regular out of me. I could probably count on my fingers the amount of... times in the last 15 years that I've made the choice to go to Starbucks. Just not a big coffee person. But after moving to anarea where internet is problematic, I kind of just had no choice but to go to Starbucks for work stuff. I went to a fewlocations in this town, it seems internet is just an issue in this city in general, something about hills and signals. Of thesurrounding Starbucks in the area, this one has decent wi-fi and the most comfortable seating for using a laptop, 3 single spotsand then a table with multiple outlets. So not really a ton of seats for computer work but there is enough, only once did i havean issue finding an outlet, and it was packed that day. The location by Safeway has more seats but weaker signal. The mostimportant thing that really swung me on Starbucks was just the exceptional staff here. Everyone is just incredibly kind andfriendly here and it rubs off on the customers. I see some of the regulars now that I've been coming for a few months, and itskind of like a little community in a way. People recognize each other and wave. Sometimes the staff will hello someone by nameand you can see the joy in it. It's really nice to see. Another way they really got me hooked here, recommendations! Since I'mnot a big Starbucks person, I had no idea what to order. I like sweet, I cant stand tart or bitter. The staff has givenrecommendation after recommendation. I have about 6 drinks I love now. Today I was recommended a Pink Drink with 2 pumps ofraspberry. Holy cow new favorite! So delicious, I added it to my favorites on the app so I don't forget lol I haven't been letdown by any of my purchases here. Absolutely THE WORST RUN STARBUCKS ON THE PLANET!!! THEIR QUEUEING SYSTEM IS LOUSY. I got one of my drinks but not the other and... they were both the same drink (please explain this to me). I called the complaint line to complain. People have places to go forheavens sake! The Manager just said we're busy - But I go there everyday and theres always a large crowd at this time. Staff is always friendly despite being busy in the morning. Store is clean and often bustling with people hanging out for... various reasons. Service is generally quick, but in- store orders sometimes get pushed aside for the online/pickup orders. Read more

While we've had way more luck with coffee here vs Peets coffee at Raley's who employees Raley's workers instead of Peets... baristas, I was horrified this morning after my wife brought home coffee (yay!) and I took a big gulp of fresh java only to spitit out into the sink. I slowly dumped it into another cup to investigate what I just drank and to my surprise, over an inch ofcoffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Normally, I would have have just dumped it out but the reason we got coffee thismorning is because we ran out at home. With that, I had to pour the coffee over a coffee filter to rescue as much as possible.Very disappointed, what a mess! Read more
