Customer service does need help, I asked for a cup of ice for my baby as it was 100 degrees outside; waited for 30 mins for 3... staff members to decide if it was possible. All 3 kept looking at me but I walked away with no cup of ice, even though I offeredto pay for it as I just had bought a drink 45 mins before! Read more

Never been to a quickly that sells pizza. It looked good from what I've seen when people order it. I usually get the tiger milk... tea, but the kiwi snow is good as well. The menu has tons of drink options and caters to a lot of people taste. Read more

Their drinks are good as well as their finger food. The staff needs some customer service training though. There's a few here... that has no business being in the customer facing side of the company. Read more

This was my first time going to West Valley Mall. Coming from the Bay Area I really didn't see anything out of the ordinary for... a mall. I noticed that there seem to be a few empty stores there. That seems to be the problem with our malls. Outlet stores andonline shopping seem to be the thing now a days. Malls seem to be coming to an end. Unless you are a teenager. Read more

Used to be nice but seems as if stores are leaving. Even the big name stores do not have a lot of options. Target is one of... the nicest stores there. Read more

Horrible customer service. I got my food with my kids to snack on as we walked around in the mall. They forgot to give me... something, and when I came back later with the receipt to let them know, they had it sitting there and tried to give it to mehours later. I complained and told him they would have to make it fresh or just give me a refund. The guy tried to make me feellike it was my fault, went in the back and was yelling back and forth with the manager. He came back out to tell me that theywere going to make an exception this once. I told them with that kind of service they would never have to make an exception forme again because they wouldn't have the chance to make the mistake. It was in no way my fault, it was theirs.
