I LOVE MY CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!! ITS SOOOO TASTY, AND JUICY!!! When I went to go pick it up though, the employees were singing... Princess And The Frog songs in the kitchen and having a great time cooking it too! The employees were out of this world friendlyto me as well! All that singing while cooking is why I think the chicken tastes sooooo good! And also, I love how they haveplenty of delicious side dishes to choose from (something I wish Raising Canes had). Poor Management: I ordered online for delivery. The order arrived in time as indicated online. When I opened the bag, there was... a piece of chicken outside the box in the bag. I opened the box, it seemed like someone has taken bites from the chicken pieces.I called the location to inform of the issue. I simply narrated what I found and the guy responded so rudely asking me why am Icalling him if the driver ate the food. I told him that I am simply informing you so that the business is aware of the issue.But he was not open to hear anything and kept saying not to call here if the driver is eating the food. My intent was just toinform so they can talk to the 3rd party whose service they are using for food delivery. Management purposefully changed order without telling us and tried to GASLIGHT us. When caught, YELLED and refused to give us a... full refund. My family and I went in to Popeyes yesterday and ordered a 14-piece box of spicy chicken. I bit into one piece andrealized it was not spicy at all, so my father went to the counter to ask if there had been a mix up. The manager seemed annoyedand curtly said that the chicken was spicy. My mom bit into another piece which also wasn't spicy. So, we went to the counteragain and this time, the manager raised their voice at us and said that we were complaining about nothing because they gave usspicy chicken. They acted like we were being Karens who couldn't tell the difference between mild and spicy chicken andcontinued to yell at us. After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, they finally admitted that they had CHANGED OUR ORDERON PURPOSE WITHOUT TELLING US. They said that they had run out of spicy chicken and that they replaced 2 pieces with mild. Whichwould have been totally fine, had they told us. But they didn't tell us, LIED and tried to GASLIGHT us when we politely asked,and acted like we were the crazy Karens for wanting what we had paid for. (Also, we don't know if they only replaced 2 piecesbecause we only tried 2 of them and they were both mild) We asked for a refund, and they said that they couldn't give us a fullrefund because we had already bit into the chicken (despite the chicken NOT BEING WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR). Go here if you want todeal with rude, disrespectful workers who mess with your food without telling you, gaslight you and try to make you feel crazywhen you complain, and refuse to give you a refund.
