Used to love this place but not anymore because of the bad customer service. My family comes here twice a month because the... food is delicious and the service was good. We have guests coming over so we decided to get LnL instead of Chinese. So weordered 2 party trays. When I picked up my food, I was asking for thebsauce. The cashier said, there's no sauce. I said "nosauce", what! Then what's this, me holding the bottle of sauce? The cook (prob the mgr/owner) says that's Teriyaki sauce. Isaid, yes that's the sauce. Can I have some for the 2 trays I ordered. The owner says we charge for it. I said, oh ok I didn'tknow. This is the first time I ordered them party tray. The cashier was very rude and not very nice. We'll both of them. Whenwe dine in, you get get as much sauce as you want. But a party tray and spending hella money. No sauce! Are you kiddingme. Anyways, sorry for the long review. The portions are large. Staff was friendly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, but it didn't seem to have sauce on it. They did... give me some sauce on the side. I would have liked the macaroni salad in a separate container. Otherwise it was great. I willgo back again Read more
I have gotten this plate so many times Barbecue mix but today, I order an extra barbecue ribs it was $3.95 per rib.. got home... open up the plate abs this is what I have in the plate ??? So you mean to tell me I just pay an extra rib for $4 but I didn?tget it ? On top of that I asked to be put in a separate plates, but they didn?t even do that??????? Came at 6:30pm rice tasted good. Burned chicken and instead of 3 piece I got 2.
Everything looked clean and fresh. The very nice lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Smiles and all. She was very... happy person. She was working on another order (phone) during this greeting. She was not on phone so was wasn't being rude. Iused the bathroom very clean.. washed hands came out ordered. Got my food fast and then I took pictures. Another girl employeewalked in had hair up and went behind. Talking to first lady she started playing with her hair. Fixing her pony tail, then allof a sudden she flipped her hair upside down and put her pony back on her head.. all while behind the counter.. where hair willbe flying into the window which is where the grill is and a guy is cooking food... I didn't say anything I was just inawwweee... I Love L&L Hawaiian BBQ...I will not return here anytime soon... Thank you for the great food. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have given this business more then 3 opportunities to get my orders right and they have... failed miserably evey time. This is the last and final time. I will never go back. The order was missing an itme and I wascharged for items I did not order. Person behind the counter just assumed I was ordering items I didn't ask for. Read more
