Used to love this place but not anymore because of the bad customer service. My family comes here twice a month because the... food is delicious and the service was good. We have guests coming over so we decided to get LnL instead of Chinese. So weordered 2 party trays. When I picked up my food, I was asking for thebsauce. The cashier said, there's no sauce. I said "nosauce", what! Then what's this, me holding the bottle of sauce? The cook (prob the mgr/owner) says that's Teriyaki sauce. Isaid, yes that's the sauce. Can I have some for the 2 trays I ordered. The owner says we charge for it. I said, oh ok I didn'tknow. This is the first time I ordered them party tray. The cashier was very rude and not very nice. We'll both of them. Whenwe dine in, you get get as much sauce as you want. But a party tray and spending hella money. No sauce! Are you kiddingme. Anyways, sorry for the long review. I have gotten this plate so many times Barbecue mix but today, I order an extra barbecue ribs it was $3.95 per rib.. got home... open up the plate abs this is what I have in the plate ??? So you mean to tell me I just pay an extra rib for $4 but I didn?tget it ? On top of that I asked to be put in a separate plates, but they didn?t even do that???????
