I went cuz I got text for free fries. 2 monster tacos for $3, free slightly warm curly fries and a choc shake that was too... frothy. The monster tacos display add and the tacos I got were made on 2 different planets....looked absolutely NOTHING alike.Disappointed...???????????? Read more
I usually like the service but today they had people waiting a long time and food was sitting in window without handing out. ... The manager was arguing with the door dash guy and yelling at him because she was too busy to complete his order before takingcare of the drive thru. The only helpful friendly worker was the white guy running the drive thru, front register and frysection, and the gentleman that has been there forever, he is a Mexican guy I don't know his name, he cooks and does thecleaning inside and outside. He is the sweetest, he went outta his way to help everyone. He was trying to tell the manager thelady has been waiting for her food a long time and it was in the window and the manager snapped at him and ignored it. Read more

This place is on such a great location for business but in fact ?Jack? in te ?Box? it?s been unable to meet the costumers hungry... properly. Doors have closed randomly at this place before 6:00 pm and while I was in line there was about 3 DoorDash driverscame in for delivery pick up they had to wait about 20 min to get their costumers food.
