Really clean and super fast, the smell in there was amazing. The workers were really nice and amazing we need more fast food... workers like them. I was impressed of how clean the inside and outside of this restaurant was, even the drive thru was so clean.You can tell they love what they do and they love to impresse people. I love it and i wasnt even the biggest fan of Carls Jr.Also they have really clean restrooms and yes they are always open. Read more
Just sat in drive through for 20mins. Kindly Asked the guy behind me to back up. So I could leave. 30min lunch was swallowed by... sitting waiting. They car in front of me still has not been helped. The food is good, but don't go here expecting bathroom privacy. If you've eaten a lot of food and need to empty it all out, they... will bang on the door after about five minutes, depriving you of all of your bathroom privacy. Even if no one is waiting to usethe bathroom after you. They will still bang on the door, urging for you to get out. Go here on an empty stomach, and do yourbusiness at home. Read more
I ordered just two super stars with cheese, but without a bun. One for me, one for my wife. Usually, these are juicy and tasty,... but this time, the burgers were dry and overcooked. There was hardly any cheese. We were given just one napkin each for abunless burger. How can you make it better? Don't serve dried up, over cooked patties, and include several napkins per burgerwhen there is no bun. Ensure there is plenty of cheese. Read more
The service here is always fast and the food is very consistent. We like the fried zucchini and it's always cooked very well... here. We've had some unfortunate experiences with them elsewhere. The drive through staff is friendly. We've never actually beeninside the restaurant so have no idea about its cleanliness, etc. Read more
