We choose to have our company lunch at Black Bear Tracy. Nestor was very helpful in coordinating with our group of 30 adults and... 5 children. The waitress Cynthia was attentive and professional. She made sure we all always had drinks and refills. Ourmeals were hot and served fast. The turkey dinner was delicious! The Rib Eye was amazing. All the way through dessert it wasfantastic service! I?ve eaten here a handful of times now and I?m happy to say it?s a reliable, relaxing, and always pleasant place to dine in.... Sure, it can get busy, but a crowd is to be expected from a great business like this one. The food is true to what you spendand the staff do their jobs just fine! Customer service = 5 stars When we... arrived they gave us 30 min to be seated BUT, they seated us almost immediately and they looked really busy! Server was greattook our order and food served in a timely manner! I must admit I was really impressed ! The food was OK. It was diner quality food so nothing that made me want to go "Wow!" when I ate it but it was decent and not too... large a portion as I have seen at other diners which I liked.
