Loved the ice cream and ice cream cakes
30 min+ wait. One 12 year old working, very rude. Another 12 year old walking around on their phone on break (I think) in the... lobby. Anybody that wants to buy cartons of ice cream gets serviced before people waiting to order. Get to order and I?m toldthere?s no ice cream, they are ?running low?. No chocolate, vanilla, or cookies and cream. Employees should be fired. Placeshould be shut down for false advertisement. No ice cream. Read more

Went in same day and was able to get a great ice cream cake last minute for a bday. The young lady also made a great cappuccino... blast, yumm! Then, she saw I had my baby with me and offered to help carry out my things! It was so sweet of her and a hugehelp! Great Customer Service! Read more

The ice cream is awesome, but the music they Blair and blast is so not cool! There are some kids and adults who are on the... spectrum that don't need the loudness you can't even hear yourself think it's so freaking loud! And then we thought it was justthe person working no we went in there another night completely different a week later or two weeks later and it was still superloud music.
