The food is great, I would say worth the wait. We got 5 #5's which are two meat choices, egg, and cheese bagels. We also tried... the pumpkin bagel and pumpkin cream cheese and it was amazing. I understand that this place gets busy but one of the staff werekind of aimlessly walking around with a line wrapped around the cafe. The staff member that was taking orders was visiblystressed so I think they need to get organized and find an efficient way to operate. It's okay to keep a pace but the pace wasoff. There is a Starbucks vibe when eating inside which is a positive. One thing is the cafe is very smokey so I'd say toofinding a way to ventilate would be nice for those that want to eat in. Read more
I visited this place after watching a TikTok video from a patron.The customer service was amazing. The place is clean and the... wait time is reasonable. The food is delicious. I had the Spinach Aspiago and the Strawberry Banana Yogurt smoothie. It willbecome a regular breakfast/ brunch spot for me. Read more
I'm sorry but I brought a dozen of bagels here, which were placed in a box similar to what dozen of donuts with come in. One I... woke up the next morning, they were all hard as a rock! Maybe I should have asked what to do with the bagels when I got themhome, because they were not soft and fresh the next morning. Also, not sure why my jalapeno cream cheese spoiled in 2 days. Personally, I find this a wonderful place, as it has put food on my table for a decade now. But lately, they run out of bagels... around 2 hours before closing time and don?t restock. I don?t mind much because all of the flavors I like are still there, butthat really is the only problem. Other than that, service is amazing, food is delicious, and the staff is very kind?? Read more
I love this place. Where Starbucks took out their chicken salad sandwiches. Found a place to compensate. My daughter told and... brought me to this place; sandwiches, drinks: variety; from coffee to soft drinks. There are lines; so go early, if you want tograb something. By the time 1 p.m. comes. Plain cream cheese tasted sour, gave the feedback to manager. They suggested that the entire batch they received tasted like... that and it?s not expired. No way for me to verify that statement but definitely something was off with the cheese, I didn?t askbut I wish they offered to refund and tried changing the batch they we?re currently using to see if next batch of cheese tastedok.
