After they toast your bread their supposed ask what you want topping that you want on your sub. Never asked me just put what... they want on it started wrapping it up in the paper. When I try to say something they didn't want to do it over. Then I askedfor a cookie to be added my order at thr cashier register and the lady had an attitude about it and acted like she didn't wantto do it. Then the cashier register spits out the change on the other side and I couldn't reach under plexiglass and the cashieracted to she didn't want to give it to me or push it closer. When I said 'thank you' when I was leaving she acted like shecouldn't get her mouth open. Tried ordering here again for the second, even worse service than the first. I will never eat heragain. I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only 4 customers ahead of me in line. Ahk is averaging over 5 minutes a sub per... person. Absolutely brutal. Eat fresh? Nah, eat nothing is the vibe I was receiving. Get this man some help so the rest of usdon?t have to starve. Read more
As someone who works at a subway back home, just annoyed by the lack of care by the workers. Also they are quick to be... belligerent if you ask questions pertaining to things like rewards. Overall poor service. Read more
Great customer service. Always satisfied with my orders here. I do have trouble understanding them sometimes because of the... thick accents, but nevertheless they make great food. Only issue I have been having is that they use incense candles in theshop. Sometimes, the scent of the candles gets into the food and it makes it tastes strange. I had sub rolls, deli meats andoften times tuna taste like whatever candle they were burning. Other than that. all is good! Read more
Went to subway today 4/15/21, i ordered a blt. Why did the guy toast the bacon on top of the bread instead of warming the bacon... up by itself. The bread felt like i was eating rubber or better yet trying to bite through rubber. Go to jersey mikes ifyou want s real sub. They aren't afraid to give you plenty of meat either . For 8+ years, I have received great service here. The employees are always courteous and patient. Today while waiting to place... my order, I witnessed another customer obnoxiously complaining and verbally abusing the staff while placing an order. TheSubway employee graciously and courteously complied with every request made by the outrageously overbearing customer andgenuinely smiled while doing it. Not a fake "I'll do what you ask because you're the customer but I really want to spit in yourfood" kind of smile. No. A genuine, sincere, smile that said "Of course. Whatever you like. You're the customer and I amhere to serve." Seriously, I could not have been more impressed or humbled by the level of service given to a customer who camein looking for an opportunity to abuse someone. I will continue to be a customer at this location. Not because it's the bestfood in Towson, but because the food is good and it may have the best service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to inmy life. Read more
Who is the owner of this location! On Oct 6 2022! I stood in line while the employees continue to have a lady on speaker... repeating her credit card information over and over loudly. They never informed her and they got mad at me for telling them tostop violating that lady and putting her at risk. I need to speak with someone in reference to this. Read more
