We spent 10 mins using their app to order and when we tryed to order it told us the app wasn't working we placed our order on... the outside and was told the amount weteyred to pay with a credit card and after 15 mins. We pushed the button to talk tosomeone and was told the credit cards wasn't working we ask to speak with a manager and the women said she was the manager wetold her what happen and she said they were only taking cashwhy didn't they say that in the beginning. WORST Sonic I?ve ever been to. 20+ min wait time for food. The person parked next to us left because it took so long just for... someone to take their order. There was nothing ?ultimate? about the ultimate meat and cheese burritos. The burritos wereemaciated and consisted of one thin, greasy flap of overcooked egg, a balled-up clump of bacon only on one side, and all themelted cheese on the other side. It was practically inedible. We also only received one straw for the 2 shakes we purchased, sowe had to share the straw, and were not given a fork for the chili cheese tots. I ordered 2 milk shakes 2 sandwiches and 2 sides on the app at 8:49pm got to the restaurant at 9:01 checked in on the app. On... the screen of the stall I parked at it said my name and that my food was in the kitchen. At 9:40 my name and order status asdisappeared from the screen. So I pressed the button and a guy came on Said were closed didn't give me a chance to say anything.So I go to the drive through.
