As I walked in I was ignored and waited for someone to finally take my order. It took forever to get my food. When I finally got... my food they did not follow directions clearly. My burger was NOT well done & pink meat was showing. I asked for another burgerto be made, well done this time & it was still uncooked. I asked for cheese on the side for my fries & a hair was found insideof the cheese cup. When I asked a worker to provide me with a new cup she huffed & puffed & gave me an attitude.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NASTY FOOD & WORKERS!!! I will not be showing up to this location again. I parked about a block away (parking is tight in this area) and walked into this shake shack after work. I love the fact they... have multiple options for ordering so there was no wait whatsoever. I could use the app, I could use one of the self-serviceterminals or simply walk up to the cash register order with with a live cashier. I ordered a single cheeseburger fries and amango strawberry iced tea. The food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cheeseburger was hot and perfectly cooked. The lettucetomato and sauce made it absolutely perfect. The fries were hot delicious and crunchy on the outside. These are undoubtedly someof the best fries I've ever had. I was a bit disappointed with the drink. It was a very watered down and not very flavorful.For a $4.50 plus drink I I expect it to be delicious. Overall I was delighted with my meal. Read more
Ok, didn?t live up to the hype, I like a well done burger, this was crunchy, 5 Guys has better burgers, Shake Shack arguably... better fries. Service was friendly, took longer than 5 Guys. Read more
For a fast food/casual restaurant, Shake Shack is definitely top notch. Their burgers can sometimes rival ones that I get at... actual sit-down restaurants. This location at Towson was good in my opinion. Not sure why the reviews are a bit low. Theservice was okay and the wait times for our food was a little long, but other than that the food was delicious! Little pricey,but definitely worth the up in quality compared to other places like Five Guys. The burgers always have a generous amount ofcheese, and the patty is very flavorful. I would definitely come back to this location! Oh and the atmosphere was nice as well.Could be a nice date spot; its modern and bright but also very casual and inviting. Burger luke warm, skimpy on fries. I ate 3 fries prior to picture. Tons of workers in kitchen so not sure what the issue was.... Restaurant wasn't full at all. There were several pick up orders. Several ppl that were behind me received their orders firstordered burgers and fries too. Out of napkins too. I was disappointed. Read more

Love Shake Shack. It's hands down my favorite burger place out of all the chains. Price tag is a bit high but so is the quality.... Back in the day (10 years ago), we would have to make the trip up to New York just to eat it. Love that there's a Towsonlocation now. Service has always been decent to good when I come here. Food has always been good. There is a underground retailparking garage across the street which is free as of now. Read more
