This is not a real eat all you can buffet restaurant. They want to make you think it is but it?s not. Unlike with the other hot... pot where you get the ingredients yourself, this one relies on the waiter to bring it to you. This is where it gets tricky.Waiter would tell you order everything you want and just call when you want another but they would be busy helping others thatby the time they get back to you you are ready to go home. The first time they will bring out all your order, big portions thenit get smaller and smaller each time you reorder. Unlike with Hotpot King for example you grab how many you want and how manytimes you want. You dont have to wait for anyone just get up and walk up to where the foods are. Here they control the portionno matter how many times I asked for more shrimps you always end up with 4 pcs per table no matter how many persons are in thetable. Think about that. And tips are automatic 18% so its about the same price as Hot Pot King. You think its cheaper but withthe tip plus the amount of food this new generation hotpot ends up more expensive than the others. Try it yourself and let meknow I?m wrong. Read more

My son and I came here for brunch, but will NOT be returning. To start, the broth was bland and very much lacked salt. The... veggies were decent, but the Napa cabbage was a little dirty. Additionally, I had to step out to take a work call and not ONCEdid the server stop by to ask my son if he needed anything. It was supposed to be an all you can eat type of thing, but I thinkonly broth was reloaded. I would?ve preferred more noodles or broccoli myself. I also didn?t even realize the dessert bar untilwe were getting up to leave. Like, it was never mentioned once. However, they made sure to include that 18% gratuity on thefinal bill. Overall, the service was poor and the food wasn?t worth what we paid. Definitely will not make the same mistaketwice. Read more

Great Hot Pot center for individual broths. Each person can have a different broth. Portion size is fair! Doesn?t feel like you... over order. Conveyor belt has loads of options like veggies, noodles and dumplings! Staff is very attentive! The selection ismoderate but appropriate for a college area and very budget friendly! The staff will also info you when you order specific itemsthat it will cost extra! So you don?t feel like your getting charged more/hidden charges. Would recommend coming here for lunchwith a friend or two! Read more

The menu is all you can eat for an adult T $30.99 plus an added automatic 18% gratuity regardless of the size of your party.... Each table seats 4 hotpots and l believe there are also tables for 6. Choose your broth, meat, seafood, noodles, veggies, etc.and then there is a conveyor belt with items such as mushrooms, noodles, spinach, and other items on rotation. The staff is veryattentive and able to answer your questions regarding the cooking times. They also come by to add broth as needed. This was myfirst hotpot and I definitely enjoyed it. For 2 adults all in was about $84 so it's not a cheap meal. Also snow crab, lobstertail and probably a few other items are available but for an additional "market" price. Read more

Always my favorite hot pot to go, the broth that I love to go with is tom yam soup based. ( I also add some more sauce in there,... to make it more flavorful including house sauce, chili oil, cilantro , fish sauce and lemon) The staff is very nice andhelpful. The thing to be aware if this is your first time, I think they changed the system recently as they put a servicecharge 18% into the receipt (Even you come less than a group of 4). For example, if you go on lunch time and the price is$30.99, the service charge will be around $5.91. Make sure to look at your receipt before giving more tips for staffs if youwould like to or it would cost you overprice in the end. Read more

Really overcrowded, not the cleanest/poorly maintained "buffet" area, dry cakes for dessert, some poor quality vegetables were... served, some items are served frozen. This was my first hotpot experience ever and considering you pay $30 a head I wasexpecting top quality. Although most of the food served did appear to be exactly that, not all was up to par. For example Ireceived some wilted lettuce and some of my cauliflower had black on the top. Meats were raw and appeared to be fresh I only hadpork belly myself. They have a small selection of desserts including two bite cakes, cream puffs, a couple different freshfruits, and ice cream. They are located at the top of the sauce/seasoning bar and unfortunately handles and things were leftdishelved and dirtied. Some items available were also almost completely empty making it difficult to assemble my chosensauces/oils/spices to go with my broth. The servers there are kind and attentive and it wasn't a terrible experience. I'd say,for me personally I wouldn't go again. Read more

TLDR: All You Can Eat revolving hotpot that's perfect for group dinners. Vast selection of meats and veggies that will satisfy... everyone. Free dessert! Vibe: 5/5. Revolving conveyor belt restaurants always add a fun factor to the meal. The food availableon the conveyor belt are the same offerings that you can order from the menu, but it's fun to spontaneously grab dishes off thebelt. Each of the 6 top booths in the restaurant have one side adjacent to the conveyor belt so at least 2 people will have theability to grab food as they roll by. They have an expansive sauce bar (12+ sauces and seasonings) as well as a freezer full ofice cream for dessert. Service: 5/5. Wait staff is very attentive throughout the entire meal. Since it's all you can eat, yourely on them to check in to take your meat/seafood orders (raw meats are not on the conveyor belt). Fortunately during ourdinner, they kept up with our table of 4 and never let us run out of food. In addition, the staff made sure our drinks stayedfull. Food: 5/5. Some of the best hot pot broths I've sampled. We have had the tom yum, bone, kimchi and spicy broths and haveall been exceptional. The meat and seafood selection is very generous and of top quality. As mentioned above, very good sauceselection as well and some tasty dessert choices to round out your meal. All in all, a solid all you can eat hot pot that willcertainly satisfy everyone. Read more
