I go here at least one a week. I love their coffee. The bagels are fresh and delicious. The manager Germain is always helpful... and the staff is nice. The Enstein app works well and I get a free coffee when I use it! Read more
Don?t waste your time. The biggest problem is the attitude of the employees. No smiles, no kind words and when my order was... wrong and I asked about it they responded as if I had made the mistake. The food isn?t as good as it used to be, portions aremuch smaller, price is higher and all of that would be tolerable if the employees weren?t so rude. Read more
The bagels are good; however, the dining room is still closed for no apparent reason. Employees have attitude and are rude.... During the last visit on 10.08.2022 the door closest to the parking lot was closed, forcing customers to go around the building.There is definitely an opportunity for improvement. Read more
Quality of both service and food is lackluster, as seen described by many other customers. You would have thought the bagels... here would have been miles ahead of anyone in the area, but sadly they haven't even left the station. Read more
Very nice service but corporate has closed the dining room so you aren't allowed to sit and eat your sandwich. My bagel sandwich... was tasty but did not have much turkey on it and seemed expensive for what I got. Read more
Everytime I try this place it's a problem. Smh. In the area so I wanted a lox bagel. 14.00! Ok, fine I get it after a brief... wait. It's hardly no cream cheese on it, a literal swipe. I don't see the pictured capers or onions. I go back over and the guyis like they're underneath. Me:?? It's like 3 capers. My food is open in they tray and he continues making another customersorder. Smh. I then assertively say please add the onions at least. Disappointed, I wasted my money I leave. The girl who mademy order just stands there with an attitudinal expression. I get to the car to take a bite from the extra order: jalapeñoscheddar bagel w veggie cream cheese. Boy was I disappointed. I couldn't make this up, more money wasted. I should have justwent to THB. Super delicious, this time I went into the store and the person behind the counter was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I... had a lox everything bagel and it was delicious. I also had a vanilla cream iced coffee and it was really good too. All theemployees were wearing masks properly too which was awesome and appreciated. Read more
What a dump! No dining yet, which explains the level of service. The coffee setup is so bad, it is just water. For your own... sake, just go somewhere else. Read more
