Looking for a place for lunch and we thought of Shrimp. Someone mentioned Crafty Crab. My first time here and I have had a lot... of shrimp but the fried shrimp basket was the best friend shrimp I have ever had. This was not your frozen breaded shrimpvariety but large fresh shrimp in a just prepared batter and served piping hot. Now this is some very fresh and tasty largefried shrimp. This is my first time at Crafty Crabs at this location. I ordered out , because I had to pick up my clothes at the cleaners. The... young man who took my order was great. I'm thankful that Crafty Crabs is close to ????. Inside is Beautiful and the setup isAmazing. I was told that I (you) can bring your own drinks , because they don't have a bar. After I received my order. I toldthe young man I'll be back. I went home and I was excited to eat my Crafty Crabs. I started to eat it. There was a lot of juice.The season was good. I enjoyed the crab legs, the shrimps,, corn ???? and the small round potatoes. I thank God. The next time Igo back to Crafty Crabs I'll eat at Crafty Crabs with my favorite drink (Seagram) alone. Great Experience!! Visited for lunch not busy, seated right away. Overall restaurant was clean other than wall at booth (in... photo) slashed with boil sauce. Tables and booth both clean. It was rather dark in restaurant for lunch. Music was nice not toloud. Service: Summer was our server amazing! Very nice and attentive. Food was 3.5 out of 5: Drinks came out in plastic cupswith lid Hush puppies where good an got came with melted butter (taste like seafood) and honey, never had with honey but mysister loved it. Boil was GOOD, boom seasoning was amazing and not too salty. Only downside is it wasn?t very hot with steam anshrimp where over cooked (you can tell when the shell is hard to remove) the corn was phenomenal super fresh and sweet. Boilalso came with melted butter and cocktail sauce. We had left overs togo bags where lined and perfect. I will decently visitagain for lunch, also there is no Bar but it is BYOB. Read more
From the moment my husband and I pulled up too the establishment, I felt like I was going to have a good time. Outside there was... armed security which immediately gave me a sense of security as we had drove from PA. Once inside we where greeted by staff andseated rather quickly. Our server was named Summer , and she was by far the best. (Top notch service) She was very knowledgeableabout everything on the menu, even suggested other things based on our dietary need and taste. So pleasant , we?ll spoken, nice conversation and made our first experience very enjoyable. I would come back just because of her customer service alone. Now,the food was delicious. Both my husband and I ordered snow crab clustered boils with extra boiled eggs, corn and potatoes with 2sides of hush puppies. The food we ordered came out in about 5 to 7 minutes and hot. Not too hot but just right hot. The sweettea is just like grandma used too make and you can?t get enough of it. The music selection played was even on point the night wewent. If you are looking for a great place for a Seafood Boil... THIS IS THE PLACE! The staff was kind and warm, they really made my... family feel like family. Our waitress knew the entire menu inside and out which made food choice decisions really easy to do.There really wasn't anything to be disappointed about from the sweet tea to the seasoning for the boil everything was absolutelyamazing. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this place again and I'm definitely willing to make the drive to do it. Read more
