Worst delivery experience I?ve ever had. Ordered two pizzas with cheesy bread. I received one pizza cut once in half and split... between two boxes, not to mention it arrived 1.5 hours late. My family went hungry tonight? Do not order from this place. $37and one ice cold pizza. Read more
Meh. Service wasn't great. Gluten free measures aren't followed carefully. Pizza was just OK.
10/10 unexpected surprise. I?ve always heard about this place but been mixed reviews so I just happened to be in area and swung... by. Very glad I did. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and customized it. Added spicy sauce as base, extra Gorgonzola ontop. One of my favorite thin crust franchises now. I love their pizza. Their service is good, and their manager remembers your order verbatim over 1 to 2 months ago. No... problem?..except?..they don?t do delivery anymore?.I can ONLY use Grubhub?.. and can?t get or spend reward points. Thiswouldn?t be a problem if I wasn?t sick!??Soooooo, yeah! I wish I could give this place 2.5 stars. When I started going here it was a solid 4/5. The pizza was always cooked perfectly,... the people were friendly and it was delicious and consistent. The last several times I?ve ordered, they?ve gotten the orderwrong and I mean really wrong (like no pepperoni on a double pepperoni pizza wrong) and the last time I ordered the Keto crustit was beyond gooey to the point of being almost wet. At first customer service was good at communicating with us about theissues but recently we don?t even get a call back. I?m not sure what changed but it?s too pricey to risk the order being wildlywrong when you can get dominos for $15 bucks and it?s the same every time. Amazing pizza great cheese bread and for a decent price.
This place has really gone downhill! They're always out of main ingredients, the fountain drinks are usually out too, but they... don't tell you, so you waste money on a cup! The service is decent, but slow, even with it being empty. Read more
