As Subways go, this one went?. The trainee who took my order and prepared my sandwich did a fine job, she got my sandwich right,... listened to my ?just a little? and ?load it up? requests and when I opened the wrapper to eat, it still resembled asandwich. Placed an order in the app, then drive right over to pick it up. Only one sandwich. Waited inside for half an hour (it wasn?t... busy, and I told someone I was there to pick up a mobile order right after I walked in) when I finally asked what was up with myorder, I was told ?well it?s been sitting right here the whole time, why didn?t you say something?? One star is too many! Online shows they close at 10 pm. I arrived at 9 pm but the door was locked. Employees just looked at me... standing outside the door and ignored I was there. I called the restaurant and the girl said they closed at 9. I explained wejust arrived at a hotel and was trying to find a place for a carryout order. I'm not sure how to begin to put a rating ? The young lady working deserves 5 stars beyond that whoever owns this location... should have either told her to close the store been there helping her. She was the only person working and doing her best totake care of 10-15 people and many walked in and left. To her credit she never gave up . At least she deserves a huge bonus ifshe doesn't quit first ! Read more
Went in on my way home from work. It's rarely crowded and the staff is pretty fast. I usually get a meatball sub or a cold cut... combo. I usually go here when I don't feel like driving into Maryville. Townsend is a restaurant dead zone for locals. Only twofast food locations and a bunch of tourist priced restaurants. At Subway I can grab a quick sandwich at a fair price. Thislocation has pretty good ice cream as well. Read more
The location was very clean and they also sold ice cream. However, the lettuce was not fresh which is the reason for the 4 star.... The employees were very friendly. Read more
