Zero stars and a call to the board of health! I'm sharing my experience from New Year's Eve. My family and I got food poisoning... last night so bad that I can't even get up. I ordered 100$ worth and order all the time from them. Fairly large amounts. Myneighbor got food poisoning too from them and when asked for a refund they denied and said contact insurance. Lmao with mespending money there all the time I will NEVER RETURN AGAIN. I wasn't even going to call for a refund but hearing what they saidto my neighbor is just disgusting management. NEVER AGAIN. My family and I used to enjoy this restaurant as it?s right down the street from our house. We ordered dinner here for New... Year?s Eve and all wound up very sick and puking all night and New Year?s Day. We contacted them to let them know how sick wewere and believe it was from contaminated food as that?s all we ate for New Year?s Eve. The woman on the phone was not veryfriendly. We were told if we were looking for a reimbursement to contact their insurance company. Not worth filing a claim withinsurance for 60 dollars. Rather disappointed by the way we were treated though. One of my favorite all time Chinese restaurants in the area. I've been coming here for years, I take my mother here for lunch... when I can and order takeout when I'm in the area. In fact I've gone so far as to order takeout and drive it home to NH becauseit's that good. Great staff, fast meals (in the restaurant or takeout) and a very comfortable environment.
